How to sunbathe healthily in a solarium?
When it comes to healthy tanning, the main rule is moderation. More isn't always better. And we're not just talking about tanning in the sun, but also in a tanning bed. A much better approach is to opt for shorter tanning sessions (5 to 8 minutes) every 2-3 days than to expose your skin to radiation once a week for more than 10 or 15 minutes.
Another important aspect is body care, both before and after tanning in a tanning bed . Remember to epilate, remove dead skin cells, and moisturize regularly. Use nourishing lotions daily, such as avocado oil, shea butter, or aloe vera. Deep hydration and soothing irritation are the foundation of skincare, especially for skin that's been severely dried out by excessive sun exposure.

Which tanning lotion should you choose?
If you're just starting your tanning journey, choose lotions with a white cosmetic mass. The effect is visible almost immediately. Tingles, on the other hand, are for advanced tanning salon users. You may feel a slight tingling sensation after using them. Don't worry, though.
