Shipping & Delivery Information

At Onyx, we aim to make shipping fast, reliable and straightforward. All orders placed on this website are processed in our EU warehouse in Poland: ONYX INTERNATIONAL sp. z o.o., ul. Polna 125, 87-100 Toruń. Your order is carefully packed and handed over to our delivery partners as quickly as possible.

Delivery time usually ranges from 1–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and the shipping option selected at checkout.


1. Shipping Options & Charges

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery country, address and order weight. The final shipping price is clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Available shipping methods and prices may vary between countries. The checkout will always display the options currently available for your address.


2. Delivery Areas

We deliver to the countries that are shown as available at checkout. Availability is checked automatically after you enter your delivery address. If a country or region is not supported, this will be indicated during the checkout process.

Orders are shipped from our EU warehouse in Poland. For deliveries within the European Union, shipments are usually handled as intra-EU deliveries. For deliveries outside the EU, local customs duties and import taxes may apply in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.


3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 working day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.


4. Estimated Delivery Time & Tracking

The usual delivery time is 1–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and selected shipping method. During peak periods (such as holidays, major promotions or exceptional weather conditions), delivery times may be slightly longer.

After your parcel has been shipped, you will receive (where available) a tracking link in your confirmation email so you can follow your order’s journey. If your delivery is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team with your order number so we can help.


5. Delivery Addresses

We deliver to private and business addresses and, depending on the carrier, to parcel lockers and collection points in selected countries. In remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take longer than the usual estimated time.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are complete and correct. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays. Any additional costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged to the customer.
