SOLARIANS WILL REMAIN OPEN ON SUNDAY

Yesterday, January 31st, on TVN24 's "Bilans," Robert Stanilewicz and guest Patryk Wachowiec, an expert from the Civic Forum, answered viewers' questions about the Sunday trading ban, which will come into effect on March 1st. We asked the hosts a question weighing on the entire tanning industry: whether tanning salons will be allowed to remain open on Sundays. Mr. Wachowiec provided the following answer:

"As a rule, tanning salons do not conduct trade, but provide services. The law applies to businesses engaged in commercial activities, not services, so it seems they can remain open."

So there is nothing stopping you from continuing to visit your favorite solarium on Sunday.
