Delivery Information

We offer reliable delivery throughout the United Kingdom. All orders placed on uk.onyxtan.com are sold by ONYX INTERNATIONAL sp. z o.o. and dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre operated by ONYX INTERNATIONAL LTD, which means fast, local delivery with no additional customs duties or import charges payable on delivery for UK customers. Delivery typically takes 1–5 working days, depending on your location and selected shipping option.


Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and handed over to our delivery partners within 1 working day (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, including tracking details where available.


Delivery Options & Charges

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Below is an overview of our current delivery tiers:

  • Free Shipping – available for all orders of £50.00 or more, delivered within 1–5 working days.
  • Standard Shipping (up to approx. 0.32 kg)£4.14
  • Standard Shipping (approx. 0.33–0.65 kg)£6.50
  • Standard Shipping (approx. 0.66–0.98 kg)£7.02

Estimated Delivery Time

All delivery options are estimated to deliver within 1–5 working days from dispatch. Working days do not include weekends or UK bank holidays. Delivery times may be slightly longer during busy periods such as Christmas, promotional events or severe weather conditions.


Order Tracking & Updates

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available for your shipment, the email will include a tracking link, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support team and include your order number.


Delivery Areas within the UK

We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom, including most mainland locations and many remote areas. In some cases, deliveries to the following locations may require additional time:

  • Scottish Highlands and Islands
  • Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Man
  • Channel Islands

If your postcode cannot be served, this will be indicated during checkout.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, delivery may be delayed and additional charges for re-delivery may apply.
