Refund Policy

Returns

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return most online purchases within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty.

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or valid proof of purchase. Please do not send your return to the manufacturer.

We may offer partial refunds in certain circumstances, including:

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Damaged items

  • Missing parts, unless the issue was our fault


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that your item has arrived. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider — processing times can vary

  3. Contact your bank — some banks take a few business days to process refunds

Sale Items

Only full-price items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at contact@onyxtan.eu and send the product to:

You are responsible for the cost of return postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved and you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service or purchasing postal insurance, especially for items valued over £25. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit and cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
